The SplitSix Poker™ subscription is billed monthly and processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
SplitSix Poker™ is an original game. The name SplitSix Poker™ is a registered trademark. All game mechanics, code, design, graphics, and content are original works protected by copyright and owned by SplitSix Poker Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our game, website, or content without our express written permission.

The free version of SplitSix Poker™ is supported by advertising through the Google AdSense network. Advertisements are delivered by third-party services and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Subscribing to SplitSix Poker™ removes advertisements from your game experience.
SplitSix Poker™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any loss of progress, game data, or other losses resulting from technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SplitSix Poker Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in subscription fees in the three months prior to the claim.
